Pastor’s Desk

To the Faithful members and Friends of LLFGF, grace be with you, mercy and peace from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God.  Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

This month we grieve the death of Sister Ann Murray. A faithful solider of Jesus Christ.  She was promoted to glory on Thursday 4th October 2018.  She was a faithful member of the LLFGF for over 39 years.  She always had a smile for everyone.  Sunday 30th September was her last time in Church.  Everyone recounts how she lingered around after the service was finished greeting and offering kisses.  Sister Murray was the kind of person that if you did not get on with her the problem was you.  She was genuine.  Today she rest in peace.

This month we also celebrate our church anniversary.  All praise and glory belongs to God.

Thank God when the vision was placed in Overseer and Mother Simpson spirit they did not bury it but by faith they trusted God and today we continue to celebrate and give thanks for  The LLFGF.

He has brought us a mighty long way.  We are together because God  ordained it to be so. We have been through stormy winds and rain.  We have climbed mountains and  we have gone through valleys. In the midst of all this God has never forsaken us .  “When in valleys low we look towards the mountain high and behold our Saviour there leading in the fight.  With a tender hand outstretch towards the valley low.  Guiding us we can see as we onward go.”   Remember “Jesus leads us beside still waters somewhere in the valley below He draws us aside to be tested and tried but in the valley he restoreth our soul.

As we look forward to the years ahead by faith we give God thanks for our new building,  It’s a word God gave us many years ago.  “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.  Habakkuk 2:3

Let us go up together.  We continue to pray for growth in every area of the Church.  As our declaration statement “Growing in thousands of men, women, children, of all ages and nationality.”

Thank you to Members and friends of  The Light & Life Full Gospel Fellowship Church Landor Road for your continued support and commitment.  Have a blessed and prosperous month.  I pray that the  month of November will be a time of peace and victory.

Love you

God Bless
