Ruth Women of Power and Praise (RWOPP)
The ladies’ department, known as Ruth’s Women of Power and Praise (RWOPP) is organised in the church and its growth is promoted by the Pastors, Officers and leaders of the department. The posts within the ladies’ department are: Leader, Assistant Leader and Secretary.
RWOPP operates for the spiritual benefit of women; for co-operation in the seeking of lost souls, and for the advancement of the work of the church. RWOPP serves many areas within the church body from prayer, care and socials to visitation, supporting mothers, families and Seniors.
There are monthly trips organised for the Senior Ladies; we have been to places such as Wales, London Eye and River Cruise, Eastbourne, Science Museums, Bath and Brighton, Paris to name a few.
This is an annual service to empower, encourage, celebrate and give God thanks for our women. It’s time for women to Pray together. Over the years we have celebrated some awesome time together with our Sisters of the body of Christ from various denominations. We inspire and encourage each other to continue or start their relationship with God.
These women are family to me. It's always nice to meet up and fellowship together whether that's during a day out or Women's Breakfast.

Mrs Olga Page
Mrs Olga Page is the Assistant Leader to the Ladies Department Ruth Women of Power and Praise (RWOPP)
Mrs Page visited the church on Sunday 31st December 2006 attending the New Year’s Eve Service The church was packed but she was escorted to the front by Miss Merna Bonnick the then usher.
She continued to visit regularly until she decided to give her life to the Lord and got baptised on Saturday the 25th of September 2010.
Her role as an Assistant Leader is to help organise events and also assist with The Ladies Sunday Service with the help of the Leader. The role is challenging but very encouraging. She loves singing and is also a member of the choir. Her main desire is to continue to walk with the Lord study His words. She loves her church family and would never want to be anywhere else.
