Our Mission
The mission of The Light & Life Full Gospel Fellowship is commitment to the person of Jesus Christ. We base our teaching upon God's revealed word, the Bible. We seek to provide regular teaching and preaching of the Bible, meaningful times of worship, opportunities for fellowship, prayer and other ministries for people of all ages.

Meet Our Pastors
Rev. Herma Buttler
Senior Pastor
Reverend Herma J. Buttler is the Senior Pastor of The Light and Life Full Gospel Fellowship. She was born in Jamaica, West Indies. At the age of 11, she gave her heart to the Lord and has been serving the Lord since.
After leaving school she worked in banking and finance. Her first job was at National Westminster Bank. It was during her time at ABN AMRO, while working in financial management reporting, that she was ordained Pastor of The LLFGF. While continuing to work in the bank, and leading the church, the newly ordained Pastor studied Theology part time for 6 years. She graduated from Spurgeon College Norwood with a Bachelor of Divinity.
Prior to being ordained Pastor, she served in her local church in many areas. She was a Sunday School teacher, minibus driver, cleaner, youth minister and in 1986, was ordained to the office of Evangelist. She was blessed to go on mission to Jamaica and Sri Lanka, with Overseer Simpson and the late Pastor G Osbourne. As an evangelist, she developed a great boldness in preaching the undiluted word of God with passion and has a heart of love for God's people.
On Sunday 29th August 1993, she was ordained Pastor of The Light & Life Full Gospel Fellowship by her father and mother, the late Overseer and Evangelist Simpson (the pioneers of the Fellowship).
Pastor Buttler worked as part of "Street Pastors" for four years. She was part of the very first team who patrolled the streets of Brixton and Hackney on Friday and Saturday nights taking the time to minister to men, women and youths.
You can hear DJ Pastor Herma J Buttler on a Sunday morning on her radio program Gospel Day Break between 8am and 10am on the radio station www.vibesfm.net (Vibes 93.8fm). You are invited to listen and be blessed by the songs and the ministry of the Word before you start your day. You will also be blessed from hearing other preachers who join her on a Sunday morning to minister the word.
Dwayne Rowe
Pastor
Pastor Rowe was baptised at The Light & Life Full Gospel Fellowship in August 2004. After serving for some years as an evangelist in the Fellowship, he was ordained as a Pastor in August 2017.
Pastor Row is a qualified Counsellor and is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. He has worked with men who are perpetrators of domestic violence; people experiencing bereavement and covers a range of other issues including stress, depression and anxiety.
It is Pastor Rowe's desire to use his knowledge within the church community, incorporating the practical and spiritual. He desires to assist individuals to live better lives, freeing themselves from all emotional bondage. He is passionate about working with people and is especially pleased when they give their heart to the Lord.
Pastor Rowe is married to Clardean Douglas-Rowe and they are blessed with two children, Theo-Jeremiah and Brielle.
